How to Fill up a Big Nursery Wall

Painting a simple shape on the wall is a great way to make a focal point and take up some space in a big room.

I found a picture of the airplane online that I liked. I had a very hard time finding a cartoony plane for my baby's room. It was a simple shape and design to paint. The best part is, there are several room decorations that go with the wall mural such as bookends and clocks.

Other ideas for filling up a big nursery wall space:

Use a nursery wall decal or sticker. There are hundreds available to suit every nursery theme or design. Trees are very popular. Just peel and stick!
Use paint effects such as stripes or polka dots.
Hang your baby's comforter on the wall as a wall hanging - much safer than leaving it in the crib, and pretty too!
