Precious Planet Nursery

Our nursery was inspired by the precious planets nursery bedding set.

What brand and color of paint did you use?

I used little samples of Valspar paint because there were so many colors, a bold green and blue for the large areas.

If you added stripes, polka dots or other paint effects, tell us how you did it.

I hand painted the characters by tracing them onto wax paper, drawing onto the wall with pencil and then painting them.

What brand of crib did you buy? Where from?

Bought at babies r us in cherry finish.

Tell us about your window treatments, lighting, rugs, wall decor and accessories. Where did you buy them - were any handmade?

How did you store all your baby goodies? In baskets, on shelves?

How long did it take you? Was it easy, fun, difficult? What was your favorite part?

Seeing the final product, I was so excited to show everyone and could not believe I did it myself!

Did you do the entire nursery on your own or did someone help you? Who? What did they do?

Did it all myself except hubby painted the whale.

What do you love most about your little one's finished room?

It was for our first grandbaby.
